What I don't get is why when he pulls the gas cap pressure dosnt release, system should be sealed til he removes the cap. My evap is deleted in tune and I build pressure sometimes when the tanks super low. I get a half second psh as I remove the cap. Is there something else inline between the filler neck and tank on the newer cars?

I tried sticking a coat hanger down the filler neck and it hits a brick wall. But it will still take fuel after the car sits for a bit.

Yea I tried it with fuel in the neck and when it took the fuel into the tank. I also tried testing my evap purge solenoid valve. I put power to it but it didn't do anything.

Alright PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! I tested my evap purge solenoid valve (the one under the hood) yesterday and it didn't do squat. So I said screw it and went out and bought a new one this morning, threw it in in the parts store parking lot and the CEL went off about a 1/4 mile down the road. I then went straight to a gas station and she took gas no issues and I drove probably 25+ miles after that out to Thompson Speedway to check out the new road course (which is extremely badass BTW) no CEL.
