That's what I meant, it changes the way the valve opens and closes, even if its just lift.

actually they do affect specs at .050 have seen cars need full tunes after going from a 1.5-1.7 rocker

so ur telling me to leave RR's for last? haha i was planning on doing 1.7's soon hahaha

fuck it i will do full suspension first and see where i get. that would be impressive with stock rockers

Yeah I would give it a shot at going 11s stock internals if you can stand to.

thats impossible. the physics alone cant change anything BUT over all lift. i have to say it only effects Lift as my final answer.

huge one is drag brakes. i hear u pick up soooo much with drag brakes. but i would leave that for last. u lose a lot of streetability with them.

one thing i have noticed about john P's car is his huge big gulp custom cai. i have a funny feeling it helps ALOT i plan on doing some sort of custom intake setup after i install my hood. IMO the more air flow in and the more exhaust flow out. the better. but hey thats just me

Thats true but you can also only flow so much air to where a huge intake wouldnt do anything.

well yea their is obviously a point where it becomes obscolete (sp) but i feel like a aftermarket cai is even still a restriction.
oh and btw pizza that guy john p. who ran 11.50 runs a vig 3500 (which is even a higher stalling converter then mine)

and if u read the link tom cowle ran 4.10's! just letting ya know smarty pants
