aubrun has what looks like a standard open case and springs inside. the Zexel is more of a "sealed" unit with no visible springs and a very wide "paddle pin" that holds the c-clips in.

Interesting, yeah I got the open with yellow springs and such. The LHS bearing was a BITCH to get out, and axle end was much more worn. Someone liked right hand turns... Either that or lots of highway miles cuz most on/off ramps are right turns

Mike I dont know if I'm gonna make it down there today got a bunch of errands to get done and pack!!!! Then Tasha's graduation at 6 and my flight is 5am tomorrow morning If I have time I'll let you know and come down. I'm gonna miss out on all the meets and fun with my car but when I get back I'll have a blast! Heres some pics of the rear and suspension in just gotta tune it when I get back in August woooooo!







Still got a couple things to touch up with the black paint, but pretty clean install
LS1 driveshaft next? Someone wanna trade their weak alu ds for a beefy steel one??
