I actually had good luck with the Autotrix Wiring Kit

Although a new Window Motor appears to now be cheaper.

I also recently found this: DIY Power Window Wiring Kit

I replaced my Drivers Side Motor with an AutoZone replacement ~5 years ago and it's still going strong with no issues, but it certainly wouldn't hurt either way to do one of the above kits to ensure there's truly enough juice going to the motor. (I suspect a Delco Motor will simply fail in the same fashion down the road unless you give it the extra help)
