Default JN freakin Phillips!

Hey guys, had a stone kick up and cracked my windshield Friday. JN Phillips came out today to replace it at my work. WTF are they doing?!?! Windshield trim looks like something my daughter made at preschool! Huge gaps at the t-top corner on the drivers side and both corners at the top look lifted. Does anybody with a t-top car mind snapping some pics for me to show these asshats what it SHOULD look like? Will post pics in about 30 mins here when I clock out at work for reference.

Rep tells me give it 72 hours, told them I don't think so. Trim looks like shit and worried about water getting in the gaps and causing rust. Going to demand they use GM parts (glass AND trim).

Thanks man. Looks like they completely screwed mine up. Haven't had any issues with the past 2 windshields they've done, 09 Rogue and a 02 Grand Prix. Just seems they screwed this one up.

Pretty good gaps on both sides, and not sure about the gap under the trim where the rain channels are at though.

It's sad really. Had no issues with the other two vehicles, well at least the I knew of at the time. The seal looks like it got into a street fight with an exacto knife at the t bar and at the corners. When I called to make the complaint I asked if the cut it and put it together and was informed they purchased it.

When the rep shows up I will inform them that I want GM parts, not this aftermarket garbage they tried last time.

Field supervisor tried getting into a pissing contest with me today at work telling me there is nothing wrong with the install lol. Yeah needless to say told him that I would personally be in contact with his regional manager and corporate in regards to this matter and that I would inform Commerce not to pay for the repair if it wasn't done. So now he is acknowledging that the trim doesn't look right, but saying it's only cosmetic ( I can stick my f--king thumb between the drivers side t-top and the windshield trim but that's only cosmetic, yeah right). I have to drop the car off Thursday morning @ 8am at their shop. I will be taking a shit ton of pics of the before and after as well as pics of my car and the odometer just in case they try pulling some dumb shit.

Another quick ? for you guys with t-tops as well. On the door seal and the windshield trim/seal where I have taken the pics from, does the glass sit in that channel, or does it sit up higher like mine does in the 3rd and 5th images. And if you guys happen to have a pic of what yours looks like, that'd be awesome so I can show these shitheads what it is supposed to look like, instead of their own "artistic" impressions.
