How about this:
Meet at Joe's early morning. (you guys pick a time) Drive up 93 to the Irving gas station in Plymouth: http://goo.gl/maps/2zbIL While I enjoy the scenic back roads to meet you there: http://goo.gl/maps/57Jna Upon meeting, we can then cruise to Franconia Notch/Echo Lake as a Group: http://goo.gl/maps/tx92k Then drive back to Woodstock for lunch and beers the Brewery. There is an awesome spot across the street to swim/check out the rapids on the Pemigewaset River if you guys would rather bring lunches and save $$$: http://goo.gl/maps/sh3h1 Fill up with gas if needed, then head across the Kanc and stop at the pull-off, take pics in the parking lot with the scenic background: http://goo.gl/maps/K01Oy Continue on to Lower Falls, there are sick rapids and a large parking lot to line up the cars and take a pic: http://goo.gl/maps/6xbrD Continue on into Conway: http://goo.gl/maps/s4JZN Then from there, we take this awesome scenic back road (West Side Road) through farms and old bridges to North Conway: http://goo.gl/maps/PJ22n Then we go home. I'll be going this way to stop at my grams on the way back (anyone can follow): http://goo.gl/maps/8acqw It seems like you guys will be taking 16-95: http://goo.gl/maps/6ZzV4 or 16-125: http://goo.gl/maps/xwnRz Now assuming we spend 10-15 mins at the stop in Plymoth gas station, and 30-45 min at Franconia Notch, it would take about 3 hours to get from Joe's to the Notch and back to the Brewery for lunch. So depending on what time you guys want to eat lunch (12:30/1:00?) I would leave Joe's around 9. Assuming we eat lunch for about an hour, go to the pull offs at the Kanc and spend some time taking pics and whatever, we would get to North Conway around 3:00 / 3:30.
