Just wondering if I could run my SS with E-85 and not do any damage or have to change the tune in it. The local sunoco up the street just switched from 110 leaded to E-85. Only 2.30 a gallon. And would I be able to spray it too???

If your car is not made for E-85 you can do some serious damage to the fuel system. The new cars that are made for E-85 have different fuel systems than E-10 or gasoline.

Yeah thats what I thought. I know some people have said too that I would need to add a 2nd intank pump and bigger injectors. Something about you need more e-85 to make the same power. Just curious is all.

E85 will eat up most rubber lines, it will also require bigger than stock lines, and most likely a bigger pump. E85 has similar charachteristics to runnning alky. You need more volume because its burns 30% quicker. E85 will also hurt o2 sensors if I'm not mistaken.
Would need a retune and mor fuel volume but thats about it really. People are making crazy power with E85 and boost

It's fine with o2 you do have to switch all software from a delrin base to a teflon base software. Do a tune and you're off. Going back to e10 requires another tune, that's the kick in the pants.

pending on the size of your injectors youll have to get bigger ones cause you have to flow alot more E85

A farce, you can run E-85 on any post 1988 car with tuning and it will be safe. The ONLY concern with older cars is the added corossiveness of E85 on the metal fuel lines. But you can not just put it in. also have to make sure that your fuel pump and injectors flow enough to take the increased load of E85. I have an E-85 conversion box for my Grand Prix and it has performed flawlessly for 9,000 miles so far.
