Default Lost power with LS6 intake?

Got retuned yesterday with LS6 intake and lost 3 hp and 3 ft lbs how is this possible? Afr and timing are mint and no vacuum leaks. No way i should make more power with the stock intake manifold

WTF? That isnt right dude! Have you changed anything else since your dyno runs with the stock intake? Oh, I still have yet to see your car with all this work done to it, I wanna hear it roar haha

I would say something just isn't right. Even for a low hp car your numbers are way too low, even for my dyno.

First check would be tuning. I think it was said to be tuned full sd with no MAF? If true, that is absolutely not needed and could be the problem.

Second- work done to car. Cam degree'd right? Preload on the lifters correct?

That is a few things that come to mind.
