Am I being paranoid? Lifter noise? (video)

Ok so all of you know the issues that I have had over the past several months. Now that the car is running again. I am not sure if I am being paranoid about engine noises or if the car is making a lifter tick. I already tried tighning down the header bolts. I pulled the valve cover and checked pushrods, rockers, and checked to see if a lifter was collapsed by pushing down on the pushrod to see if the lifters moved. Everything seems ok. When my wifes car had a bad lifter the noise got worse over a small period of time (2 or 3 days) and starting making a chirping type noise. The noise hasnt got worse, so I would think thats a good thing. This is more of a ticking but it seems more than the usual ls1 sewing machine noise.
