Very cool Frank!

It looks like the dealer is still there: http://www.nucarchevy.com/

and if the cost of your car were adjusted for inflation, it would cost $35,020.

I wish I had one for my Z.

Dave try gm invoice they might have the info. just email them your vin # and they'll check to see if they have it still on microfiche. then if they do theyll be able to see if its readable enough. then if its good theyll send a pdf file to you then you need to send the pdf to the company that transform them to the window sticker.

I tried the GM Heritage Center about a year ago and they had nothing. Just 1977 and newer.

However, starting in Mid April 2014, there is going to be a new possibility for older GM cars.

Starting in mid April, 2014, the National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS) will now be able to tell you the dealer code, dealer name, dealer location and the production date your car (1965 through 1972 for Camaro, Chevelle and Nova) was produced!

thats great, hopefully they can get the info you need. the only thing that sucks is they got you by the balls with what they charge for the service but i guess it could be worse.
