Car washes
 

Anyone know of any half decent zero contact car washes in eastern MA? Normally I'd wash it myself but it's so cold outside I can't wax it

i just go the the do it your self and use the pressure washer for like $4 gets the heavy salt off and you can clean the under side pretty good too

touch free isnt always the best bet wen getting salt off. basically its like holding a hose on the salt and praying for it to come off. goto Rojo and use there self wash system. its amazing what you can do there in about 5 minutes.

You need a superior wax job already hand applied for a touch free wash to be affective. if not, choose your killer, hazing in clear from the harsh touch free chemicals or swirl marks from the foam brush wash :p

either way you wash your car its gonna put wear on the clearcoat, so dont be afraid to drive thru the foam brush wash man, wash it, get swirl marks, buff it nice and keep it waxed will make it last longest. probably way off topic but its something to think about.

thanks, and ya, i've always been afraid of going through brush washes. worried I'm going to come out with a scuff that wasnt there before, but I'm as paranoid as hell lol

i refuse to go thru reg car washes...they have scratched my car in the past and left nasty films on my car under the wax they use so that they refuse to come out without numerous rewashes and scrubbing(happened in numerous places also). The laser washes work awesome as long as ur car isnt filthy to begin with (the type of machines they use also matters..some are better than others) otherwise its a waste of money. I usually go thru the self bays first then thru the laser if my car is real dirty and its too cold out.

I've been thru those damn laser washes once before and IMO they suck!! lol The regular car wash sucks too. IF I cant wash it myself I go to Splash Car Wash. Its all hand done. Sprayed, washed, dried and vaccumed!!

Everythings gonna scratch your car, your scratching it when you wash it by hand in your driveway. ;)

well amber went through a laser wash today and it tore her custom tire cover I had made right off her jeep DAM IT THAT THING WASNT CHEAP
