I just made mine up. I was registering at LS1 tech when I was first looking to get back into the F-Body scene, and the Grindhouse movies had just came out. One of the characters was called Stuntman Mike, and that just popped into my head. I don't even really like it much anymore, but I can't think of anything better.
On all the car boards I use this name, and on the Jeep boards I go by Mike97ZJ, or ZJMike.

Mine was from my 68 firebird, and the fact that I ran nitrous on it.
I use it for everything too. Although if all goes according to plan I may need to change it to boostedbird68 in a season or two lol?

lets see, i had a red88 firebird, so my name was redfirebirdman88, then i got a blue formula, so i was bluebird88ws6, and now i have a 94ta, so...yeah i think everyone get's the drift.

Sitting back one day seting up a new account for my family at home. and i had to come up with a screen name. something original. i thought to mysefl AS i ate a Slice of Papa Ginos pepperoni Pizzaaa, FUCK I LOVE PIZZA!!!! SO i was like fuck it. I Luv Pizza. But it wasnt long enough. So i added Times 10. Cuz in those days you used to alwasy Say i hate you times...... and so on. So there yah have it. And you All Suck Ass
