Other updates I heard or read on the topic is he was a manager. We heard that before this all happened from coworkers that knew him. Also not only does he have the criminal case but the victim, Patrick Blanchard, is suing him and the club for something like 30k for emotional distress.

Only 30k! Yea right, assault and battery, and stealing his money. If I was that kid Id be going for alot more then that. That night could have ended alot worse.

yea seriously 30k? i'd sue for every last penny. i'd get the best lawyer my family could buy. honestly that was a scary video. i could imagine being that kid and seriously just not knowing what could happen to him within the next few minutes. i mean if the kid fought back they could of killed him. i mean im not a pussy or anything and if someone did that to me my first instinct would be to freak and attack but the kid stayed cool and held back. gotta give the kid props for that. many will call him a pussy but i mean he did the right thing.

oh and if they didnt get shut down and that fucker didnt get SERIOUS jail time. i know my father would of literally killed the guy after he saw the video if i was the kid in it. and im not joking around whatsoever.
