I had a great time there I suggest you all try it atleast once, my times got faster and faster through out the day. It was really keeping the car from having the rear out dish out on every corner with street tires and head cam car.

BAHAHHAA yeah the car would not stop breaking loose, it was a fun ride for sure.

Also you only use second gear after you take off the start the course is designed so you wont really need to shift.

Lol started off slow then cut 7 seconds then 6 more then 3 at the end of the day my best time was 68 seconds with almost losing the car and hitting a cone overall happy with my first time there. I will be attending more of these events and will post them up in the event section. The next event im going to is the novice school in June you get a instructor to ride with you and tons of wheel time.

The 95 there was pulling 57 with 315 Hoosier A5's and more suspension work he was hanging with the turbo miata's

wow no shit thats awesome... It will give you a good idea of what Mods/Upgrades you'll need to do to get your times down. Instructor time would be a good bonus too...

just out of curiosity were there any GTI's up there?
