Column shift is def different, i think there all the same you pull stick or arm towards you and all the way up is reverse. If you pull towards you all the way down towards you're knees is 1st, then push up and away is 2nd then pull down towards you're knees but away is 3 rd. Im not sure how a 4 speed works. When i first started working the company i worked for had a van with a 3 on the tree what a pain in the ass the fkn linkage would almost every time get jammed up going from reverse to 1 st, the shit was all worn out but i had fun driving it lol. I may have 1st and reverse location backwards.
