Is the fel-pro intake manifold gasket just for manifold to head or did it come with a gasket to lifter valley gasket? or did you use sealer? I gotta do mine over its leaking out the back bad.

just the head to intake, rtv the front and back. I could give you a hand with it after new years, getting thhe intake on with out screwing up your bead can be tricky alone. manifold aint light and oil pressure sensor is kinda in the way.

I thought I read somewhere about putting pencils in the intake bolt holes to help guide the intake down, would that make sense? I need to do mine at some point too.

The issue for me was getting it under the lip of the oil sensor with out touching the rtv back there. Alignment isnt so hard as just get tail of the manifold where it needs to be, its easy to set it on the edge of sensor, or let it drop a little and smush the rtv ever where. Just not many good way to hold it either.

Manifolds prob ~20lbs lol

Have a vibration that is getting worse. Can feel it in the steering wheel and seat, it does it constant on right hand turns and goes away on left turns, also does it at 85+ basically all the time. In or out of gear still does it, and rpm has no effect on it. Have moved wheels around in as many configurations as I could (have 6 wheels, 3 for each side) and still does it. Front suspension is new other then inner tie rod ends and wheel hubs.

The alignment is out a little bit again, but nothing crazy, and it also did this before I replaced the front suspension and had it aligned, still did it after alignment as well. So I'm guessing its not that.

Just had to drive 8 hours straight to NY and back to get the g/f. Drove me fucking crazy. Also how I know its worse lol

Drivers side wheel hub? Replace both sides at once?

I wouldn't think a hub would do that, did you check for play in the front wheels? If all those front end parts are new you should be able to feel some play from a bad hub if you had one. Probably either driveshaft or maybe a bent axle.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dad and I Picked up a 93 GMC dually, was my uncles. Trucks clean runs and drives strong, 120k so needs some simple tlc but seems like its gonna be a good work truck. Looking to get a trailer next for the tractor and our possible spring landscaping endeavor, well see how that pans out.
Might start a small auto business now cause I'll have a "tow truck" lol
Also some new tools
Welder #2 and oxy torches, looks like im gonna have to take some lessons...
20 ton press and large floor jack and stands, also got a buffer and a bunch of other odds and ends.
Perhaps Ill have a shop sooner then I think lol
