This morning on the news they were saying it was the coldest winter on record.

That just sucks.

Interestingly - Snowfall is right on average - But the Temps are extremely low - Particularly in February where we are ~15.9 deg. average (Feb 17th or so) vs. the coldest on record = 16.5 Deg.

So we are 3.6% colder than the coldest month - that's a big change in averages.

Snow feels so much worse because it's all come in 4 week span.....

Indeed. Funny thing is many parts of the country are experiencing above average temps while the northeast is in a deep freeze.

maybe the snowfall is average where you live but not up here in mass.
