Ok, seriously considering picking up a newer truck. Working two jobs doesn't really leave much time for the toys let alone fixing this up.
91 3/4 ton chevy pick up.
Runs and drives but needs a bunch of odds and ends to be perfect. Or, just keep running it into the ground lol. Driving it anywhere from 110-250 miles PER DAY right now so it's very useable.

However, it has no heat, put a thermostat in it and after it pressurized all the coolant disappeared and it overheated. Filled it back up, new thermostat was junk. Won't build heat, won't pressurize cooling system, won't lose ccoolant. Never tried again. Gave up because also gauge reads little to no oil pressure at idle. Also puffs a big cloud of smoke at first start after sitting for long periods of time. In short, it could use a motor. It's a nutless 305 in it now. But, it still keeps on running, so we've been driving it that way for a year now.

Also, frame is kinked under passenger side rear corner of the cab. Doesn't affect how it drives at all. Just sits funny. Wouldn't be a huge ordeal to straighten it, just never deemed it worth the effort. Again, been driving it this way for a year.
Put a tranny in it early this year. Not new but new to the truck. Shifts mint.

It's a 20 year old truck. Body isn't perfect but isn't all rotted either. Could use a rocker panel but not a necessity.
Has a real nice custom exhaust with a magnaflow muffler. Sounds mint.
Otherwise it's pretty average. Would make a mint beater or slam a plow on it and go make some money. Just thinking if there's any interest we'd rather have something newer. We drive too much and just don't have the time or ambition to make this nice.
I'm thinking $1,800 obo. Any interest?

wish i had the money for it,got to much shit for sale right now lol..i been thinking about trading my cutlass for a truck but i want more for my cutty.Your truck would make for a easy motor swap though..

What trans is in it?How many mile on the chassis

It's got a 700r4.
The odometer reads 240 something thousand on it but the truck is kind of a mutt. It's actually titled as a 2wd half ton so at some point there was definitely some parts swapping going on. When I changed a brake hose last spring I had to get one for a 97 3/4 ton truck to replace what was there.
No interest in a trade though. Looking to consolidate
