Fender Bender

A guy was pulling out of a gas station and i was behind him. Suddenly for no apparent reason he throws it in reverse and backs into me. By the time i laid on my horn the damage was already done. It was like he didn't even knew he hit me because it took him a few seconds to stop ramming me. So i called Stow Police and had the Sargent come down and take a accident report. As the police were on their way i get out and take a look at the damage and that's when the Brazilian guy comes flying out of his car, gets in my face, and starts yelling at me that its my fault. ( When he saw me get out he probably thought, hey its a kid maybe if i try and scare him i can just get off easy and he will say just forget about it ) i turn 22 in may but i look like im 17 Anyways so he gets in my face and i immediately tell him to back the fuck up because he is twice the size of me there's no reason to be a tough guy its a little fender bender. He changes his tactics knowing I'm not intimidated and says this. Idiot : I'm a very good driver. Me: obviously not you just backed into me. Idiot : please don't go through my insurance its already really high because I have already been in two accidents. Me: see your a terrible driver. LOL long story short, cops came its 100% his fault. I might of let him pay me and i would of gotten it fixed but because he was a dick and started screaming like a little girl i'm just going to go through insurance so i don't have to deal with him. Happy Thursday! Im just really glad it wasn't the camaro.

Cop said there's no point to add insult to injury... As soon as the cop showed up the guy played Mr Nice guy...I'm sure if I had told the cop that the guy got in my face n stuff he might of given him one but im not like that. Would of been nice to see him get one though for all the aggravation he gave me... This is nothing compared to a few years ago when I was a hit and run victim.

Any witnesses cause in the wonderful state of mass if you hit someone in the rear your automaticly at fault. So if nothing was said or no tickets it can turn into a he said she said and you will get fucked cause of the state.

The cop said its 100% his fault and says so in the police report he wrote out.

awesome story! hahaha same happened to me. soccer mom rear ended the camaro and didnt really do any damage but since she was being a bitch i just went thru insurance. muahahaha

I bumped some guy one day(less then 5mph, no damage, not even enough to transfer paint), we pulled over and he was FREAKING OUT saying don't call the cops its fine, no cops, were good, its fine.....Even tho I bumped him....

He then quickly got in his car and took off, made me wonder if he was either an illegal or had a LARGE amount of drugs in the car. I have NEVER seen someone act like he did lol

i had a lady do that to me on an offramp from 495 ...she hesitated taking a left threw it into reverse and continued to back up while im laying on the horn and hit me then drove off and i had to chase her down..."apparently" she didnt know she hit me..people suck
