Funny you should post this, I saw a black bear last week just running around in my development, never seen a bear around here before, it was good sized too.

I think they could also add "other sentencing provisions": Cost of care.

That's crazy, man. I've been lucky enough not to see one near the in-laws house in Spencer, although there have been sightings already this year in their area.
