his clutch pedal sticks to the floor if it's held down too long. I took it for a drive las month and sat at a stop light in 1st and it just wouldn't come back up off the floor.
it's a common problem even if the clutch is fine it could just be the fluid or the master. it's going in to get looked at and check on the clutch itself 1st, and if it needs one then he'll get it all done.
